SmartJob was founded by Regina "Gina" Kline. Gina is nationally known for her litigation and policy work in advancing the rights of people with disabilities to work in competitive integrated employment, to receive equal opportunities in education, and to access the workforce development system. She previously served as Senior Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights at the U.S. Department of Justice, where she provided legal and policy counsel regarding efforts to implement the Americans with Disabilities Act and Olmstead v. L.C..
